Corporate Security

Confidential information deserves a controlled environment.

Technical security assessments for organizations whose conversations carry real value: strategy, transactions, litigation, personnel and intellectual property.

Corporate Security

Built around the way organizations actually operate.

Corporate information moves through offices, boardrooms, off-site meetings, hotels, vehicles and aircraft. Each of those environments is a place where a sensitive conversation can be overheard, recorded or monitored.

ICUnit works with leadership, legal and security teams to decide which environments matter most, inspect them discreetly and keep them under review. The aim is simple: reduce the risk that confidential information leaves the room, and document the steps taken to protect it.

Scope

Corporate engagements

  • Office TSCM assessments

Inspections of executive floors, private offices and shared spaces.

  • Executive office inspections

Focused inspections of the spaces where leaders work and talk.

  • Boardroom inspections

Pre-meeting inspections before board sessions and negotiations.

  • Conference room assessments

Deal rooms, project rooms and frequently used meeting spaces.

  • Temporary meeting rooms

Hotel rooms, serviced offices and venues used for a single meeting.

  • Corporate events

Pre-event and post-event assessments for sensitive gatherings.

  • Post-incident assessments

Structured inspection when a leak or unusual activity is suspected.

  • Recurring preventative sweeps

Scheduled inspections tied to your calendar and risk profile.

Process

The engagement model

  1. 01 —

    Consultation

A confidential conversation to understand the environment, the people involved and the concerns or upcoming events that prompted the call.

  2. 02 —

    Advance planning

Scope, timing, access and operational requirements are agreed in advance, so the inspection causes minimal disruption and draws no attention.

  3. 03 —

    Technical inspection

A combined technical and physical examination of the defined environment, scaled to the risk profile and the space.

  4. 04 —

    Analysis

Observations are reviewed and anomalies are separated from ordinary activity, with anything requiring further investigation clearly identified.

  5. 05 —

    Reporting

A confidential written report documents scope, method, observations and findings for leadership, counsel or your security team.

  6. 06 —

    Recommendations

Practical next steps and preventative measures, including whether a recurring schedule is appropriate for the environment.

Ongoing security programs

Security is not a one-time conversation.

A single assessment describes one moment. A recurring program keeps the environments that matter under regular, documented review as your organization changes.

FAQ

Questions clients ask

Answers from a Licensed PI and TSCM-Certified specialist.

Who inside an organization usually arranges an inspection?
Most engagements are arranged by the CEO’s office, general counsel, the corporate secretary or the head of security. We keep the circle of people who know about an inspection as small as you need it to be.
Can you work after hours?
Yes. Most corporate inspections are scheduled outside business hours or around a specific meeting, so there is minimal disruption and no unnecessary attention.
What if we already suspect a leak?
Tell us during the confidential consultation, ideally by phone rather than from a device or room you are concerned about. We will scope a post-incident assessment and advise on handling and preserving evidence.
Do you offer ongoing programs?
Yes. Many organizations move from a one-time assessment to a recurring preventative program scheduled around board cycles, office changes, transactions and executive travel.
